We provide design, software development, cloud, AI and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed per project — typically a deposit to begin, with milestone or monthly invoicing thereafter. Late payments may pause work.
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access and approvals needed to deliver the project. Delays in these may affect timelines and costs.
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables and custom code transfers to you. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, and to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA.
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the relevant statement of work. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab.
